These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of babboo.store (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from Babboo. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You can reach us at hello@babboo.store.

Products, pricing and availability

We do our best to describe and price our products accurately, but errors can occur. We may correct any error and refuse or cancel any order affected by it, even after the order has been placed — if we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full. Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change at any time. All products are subject to availability.

Orders and payment

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm that the payment method you use is yours and that you are authorised to use it.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, shipping charges, returns and refunds are described on our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages, which form part of these Terms. In short: orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 8–15 business days; you have 14 days from delivery to return an unused item at your own return-shipping cost; and any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Safe use of our products

Our baby carriers must be used in line with the instructions and safety guidance provided with each product and the stated weight ranges. Always keep your baby’s airway clear, their face visible and their chin off their chest. You are responsible for using the product safely and for checking it before each use.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, product names and designs — belongs to Babboo or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Babboo is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business. This does not affect any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
