Is it safe for a newborn?
Yes, from the stated minimum weight. Keep a snug, upright seat, baby's face always visible and their chin off their chest.
How do I know which carrier is right for us?
Newborns love the Air and Wrap; for quick everyday errands the Sling and Easy are fastest; for heavier toddlers and long walks the Pro and Hipseat give the most support.
Can both parents use the same one?
Yes — our carriers are one size or fully adjustable, so both parents share the same carrier.
What if it's not for me?
You have 14 days from delivery to return an unused carrier — just email hello@babboo.store to start it (return shipping is on you). If it arrives damaged, tell us within 24 hours of receipt with a photo and we will make it right.
